if systemd-resolved is running disable it

• systemctl disable systemd-resolved
• systemctl stop systemd-resolved

install

• apt-get install bind9

set resolv.conf

• rm /etc/resolv.conf
• echo nameserver 127.0.0.1 > /etc/resolv.conf

forward zone

• vi named.conf.local

       type master;

};

zonefile

• /var/cache/bind/vulkan.int
